The Future of Interiors: Craft, Conscience, and Collaboration
This panel explores how heritage craft can shape the future of interior design through a conscious, collaborative approach. Cendrine de Susbielle, Creative Director of the newly formed Manufactures Nationales—uniting Mobilier National and the Cité de la Céramique – Sèvres & Limoges—will outline the institution’s vision for championing French craftsmanship and the decorative arts, with examples of partnerships across leading ateliers and designers. Designer Paul Bonaron, who collaborates with Mobilier National on “Les Nouveaux Ensembliers,” will illustrate how designer–artisan collaboration advances form, function, and sustainability. Moderated by Philippe Delhomme (Maison&Objet), the discussion will highlight the future of interior design, the importance of craftsmanship, and a conscious approach to design.
